What We Repair

We focus exclusively on wood fence and gate repair for residential properties in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Southern Maine.

What we repair

A well-maintained wood fence should feel solid, operate smoothly, and complement the architecture and landscape around it. When something fails, our goal is to restore that function and appearance without defaulting to a full replacement.

Wood fences

We repair most styles of wood fencing, including:

  • Privacy fences
  • Picket fences
  • Post and rail (split or round)
  • Stockade and board fences
  • Tongue and groove
  • Fences with lattice tops or mixed wood-and-wire designs

Whether we originally built the fence or not, we work to match materials and details so the repair reads as part of the original installation.

Gates and hardware

Gates tend to show wear first. We regularly:

  • Rebuild or reinforce gate frames
  • Adjust or rehang gates so they close and latch properly
  • Replace worn latches, hinges, and other hardware

If a gate is beyond repair, we can fabricate a new wood gate to suit the opening and style of the existing fence.

Posts and structural repairs

We address structural issues such as:

  • Failed or heaving posts
  • Sections leaning or pulling away from posts
  • Loose or damaged rails

Depending on the condition, we may brace an existing post or replace it entirely for a more durable solution.
